App Listeners

Like DMI Listeners that wait for information before taking action, App Listeners wait on various Colleague database-aware apps and can act on that information. Colleague UI is managed under an App Listener. SBAL can be used to bounce (i.e. bring down and then back up) App Listeners, such as UI.
